Keep jewellery, cash, medications and personal papers out of sight or locked away.
Plan for pets and little ones
Tell us about pets, and keep nervous ones in a safe room or crate. Let us know about any allergies too.
Make access easy
Share door codes, keys, parking and building instructions in your request, and clear a path to the entrance.
Leave us your priorities
Tell us which areas to focus on or skip, and point out anything fragile or sentimental.
Give us a heads-up
If your home is in extreme condition, tell us beforehand so we can plan the time. Pricing may change during the clean if we weren’t told.
Empty the insides for add-ons
Booked the oven, fridge or cupboards? Take out food and items from inside where you can, so we can reach every shelf.
Keep the basics on
Please keep water and power on, and let us know if anything in the home isn’t working.
We bring everything. We supply all cleaning products and equipment, so there is nothing for you to buy or set out. Prefer green products? Just ask, there is no extra charge.
